Now that Christmas is over, it is time to start thinking about how to celebrate the new year and WHAT TO WEAR! New Year’s Eve is one of my favorite times to dress up and go out. I love all the champagne, sparkles, and excitement throughout the evening. Finding the perfect outfit, however, can be stressful. I have compiled a list of my favorite New Year’s Eve looks for your shopping enjoyment!

Cold-Shoulder– I am loving this trend. This style is a terrific option for those of us who want a dress that covers a little more skin, but is still sexy. The style is very classy and the exposed shoulder will add an element of sass to your look.

Sequins– This is a classic NYE look. It is definitely a style that will turn heads. Personally, this one of my favorite looks. If you feel like this is too bold for you, there are other ways to incorporate sequins into your look. There are so many great jackets and bags to choose from that will add the perfect amount of sparkle to your outfit.

Velvet– I was unsure about velvet when it came back into style, but once I started seeing the fashionable dresses and jumpsuits, I was definitely a fan. Velvet is very elegant and a no-brainer for NYE.

Jumpsuit– NYE is usually super cold in Minnesota and I am always worried about how I am going to stay warm. The jumpsuit is a great way to have your legs covered and still look amazing. There are so many jumpsuit options that will make you stand out from the crowd.

Off-the-Shoulder– There is something about off-the-shoulder tops and dresses that make me feel sexy. It is such a flattering look that is super chic. It is the perfect combination between classy, luxurious, and sexy.

Metallics– This has been a hot trend this winter. There are many ways to incorporate metallics into your outfit. I love the idea of adding a little something-something with a metallic pumps or clutch. You can also go all out with a metallic dress.

I hope you all have a safe and fun New Year’s Eve. I have been procrastinating this year and have not put together my NYE outfit yet. I would love your opinion on what you think I should wear! Go and explore your #Chardonnaystyle.

Cheers,

Taylor
